The Compassion Project

How We Started
With over 20 years experience working as a crisis responder, counsellor and psychotherapist, Pauline O'Brien, Ed. D., RP, recognized the need for individuals to have a safer space within the healthcare system. Through her hard work, lived experience, dedication and compassion for others, she created The Compassion Project as a safer space for people to receive the help and support they need.
"We can't heal the world today, but we can begin with a voice of compassion, a heart of love, an act of kindness."
- Mary Davis
